Hi, With Sonoran, we can not force civilians to use it to submit 999's as it is third party software. However a new CAD is coming in and when released 999's will once again go through that and not text chat. Sonoran will be denied at this time

Preferably, I would say change them from saying "Police Staff" to "MET CONTROL, AMBULANCE CONTROL, FIRE CONTROL, HIGHWAYS CONTROL" etc instead of the colours.

-1 As it goes, a Police Van is a police van, I'm not paying attention enough to see if the plates match each other as I believe that is the only difference here. LFB used to do something similar as well as ARO as Kieran has said above but it gets annoying after a while.
