Retraining is done on a schedule throughout the year, they can be done sooner if deemed necessary by the relevant Command Team. If there is a specific area you believe needs improving, it may be more beneficial to raise that to your Command Team as they can send out reminders etc. -1 from me...

Wouldn't make much sense to change it from AFO to TFU. AFO is the name used in the Metropolitan Police in real life. As nice as it would be for it to be changed to MO19, the other police divisions would want to be changed which wouldn't be very easy as things fall under different divisions irl...

Absolutely! Seperate channel for Suggestions and then open a thread under the suggestion for a discussion. Nothing gets lost & much more organised. Also prevents the whole thread being deleted if some people decide to cause drama. +1!

Debriefs can even be done on scenes or on a radio frequency. Or as Macho said, Police stations, most of them have some sort of briefing room. Utilise it!
