Suggestion Title: OFC's not being divisional Trainers. Division: MET - AFO With these new rule of Trainers having to be 16+ I think it's better OFC's arn't divisional trainers and there are there for the purpose of scene commanding. Yeah still have divisional trainers but don't make it...

Suggestion Title: A High-Vis Jacket for AFO. Division: MET - AFO AFO Should get High-Vis which go over the vest for when we are out on motorways assisting with Jobs that requires us to be seen.

Completely Agree. I think unless your in a specialist Division or a division that requires a taser they can get chosen by their command teams to be put forward for a taser training.

So useful when on scenes its a +1 from me. :)
