I have suggested this ages ago. IPP drivers will ALWAYS pass a full criteria so then when tactical units arrive, they continue the risk assessments and look at bringing it into the tactical phase to bring the pursuit to a conclusion.

Realistically, there is always a team of TPAC drivers. If the officer can justify the use of a TPAC with 2 vehicles, and it has been authorised by MP with a criteria provided, should be no issues.
