Declined Make it so when you're new to the server, you are able to go as as beginner civ.
When you are new to the server, you should be able to go as a beginner civilian, such as just being able to do bread and butter calls. Would be a nice touch like how we have PCSO and student LAS. Then as you get better at being civ, you can advance to do more serious calls like FTS and Major...- LaytonK
