Suggestion Title: senior civs spawn perms

my suggestion is for senior civs to have spawn perms like civ command do my reasoning behind this is with senior its a trusted role within pmp we can do fires and auth stuff etc i think it would be a nice thing to add if we could spawn vehicles for people scenes if requested i dont how these perms would work with tags and i do believe there should be restrictions but i do think it would be a huge benefit for seniors and civ roleplay if a certain vehicle is needed for rp

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately no, spawn permissions are limited to certain members on this server for a reason.
