Suggestion Title: Medical UI - Stitching

Division: NHS/LAS

Reduce the time stitching takes.
It takes way too long, LAS and HEMS are constantly stretched for assets and when a patient needs stitching on each limb it can take ages before HEMS can move to another scene. which can be crucial when we have 3-4 outstanding calls.

and just to prove it takes to long, i wrote this while stitching someone
