Suggestion Title: CID Garage Possible Updates

Possible updates to the CID vehicle garage.
I would like to put forward an update to the CID garage due to the following reasons.
Replacement and extra vehicles and updates to existing ones.
Mondeo (unmarked). Needs an update for the colouring of the vehicle, as at the moment when changing the colour it changes the colour of the wheels and not the body. Also the lights on this vehicle are static.
Focus (Pool car). Update is needed to colour the vehicle as we only get white and it is very unsteady when cornering at a speed it rolls very easily.
BMW X1. Same reasons as above just for the colour.
Adding and replacing vehicles.
We have looked into vehicles across numerous sites including partner sites that we could look into updating the garage and moving stuff around to also include vehicles for our other subdivision SCD.
I have added a list of potential vehicles that would bring the division its own personality and also feel more appealing to new and existing members. This could be either replacing certain vehicles and adding a couple to help with the SCD subdivision. I know it will not be them all as this changes the whole garage.

As you can see from these potential vehicles, we have not gone out there and kept in line with vehicles you would see in a real life setting. A couple of them would be possible command cars keeping in line with the theme around the server as a perk for being in a command setting. I have also added a couple of off-road vehicles as this is something we are lacking on especially as if scenes go more rural then we only have 1-2 possible off-road vehicles.
UCO Command unit.
The idea behind the vans is to use a mobile UCO command unit so we can be more static and not stand out so much within urban and industrial areas on the map. One of these models would be sufficient as adding two or more would not be best served.

There is also a team within CID with the Ford Galaxy and its popularity for a marked version of this vehicle. Our Idea was to replace the VW Touran with an unmarked version to use in the normal garage and put the marked Ford Galaxy as the new Forensics car.
