I think there should be civ rp applications to give people the opportunity to rp as a civ. Due to the short amount of people that actually do civ rp i feel like it would be better for the server if there was an opportunity for people to apply to be a civ instead.

Maybe use the https://albo1125.com/fms it is very detailed with discord/teamspeak and fivem integrations. Detailed cad with live map and updated calls with civs and units. Also with an administrative system for applications and just for admin things

This suggestion will contain many ideas to do more with civ rp but can also merge with the LSPDFR callouts that are in the server. Right now in the server there are events when blips are turned off and we have 1 or 2 civ rp situations. I believe to make this better are more advanced we should...
