+1 Both TPAC Vest and RAPTOR. Keeping the old ones as they are and adding these in would make things more realistic. Real world you often see that officers in the same department wear different vests due to change of suppliers and officers passing down equipment.

TBF - Re badge the Blood Van and think that would be class or tweak the HART VW. Maybe not an unmarked 4x4 but have a unmarked custody like van for the metal health jobs as these seem to be more common +1
