Declined Add a Discord cosmetic role for Control Operator Primary

Would be nice if Control Operators could show that it is their primary role on Discord from the #role-assignment channel.

We have no plans to bring in a primary role for control at this current time, But things may change in the future! Reason being not enough people are solely dedicated to warrant this change.
