Police tape to add to scenes, could also replace normal CID Cordons with cordons that have - CRIME SCENE DO NOT CROSS - or any other text to do with crime scenes.

This has been suggested multiple times with the most recent being the one I've linked below. If you use the forum search and type "police tape" you'll see. It seems having police tape may sadly cause issues, but I hope as the server develops it'll be added.
