Suggestion Title: Add Dukes to vehicle spawn civ

Can we get the base game Dukes added to the civ garage. I use it a lot for my welsh dukes of hazard RP and currently have to find it in AI traffic

Thank you for your suggestion I will be moving this to Pending Dev to see if they are able to move it in to the garage, feel like it will be good for some RTPC scenes as a defect car and such.
