As seen on YouTube, there are auditors who visit police stations, places of public interest, and film them, often getting a response from the police. Maybe a Civ could be an auditor!

Civilian are already permitted to do auditing roleplays and its up to their discretion on if they chose to do it or not . As you can see from the reply above we have civs who already perform these roleplays

This is something that regularly gets done. Will be moving this over to declined as its not something that needs adding.
