After a discussion with Civ Command team, inserting new uniforms and character ped models isn't as easy as it may seem, We use a different EUP than required by your suggestion which indicates a need for the "LAW AND ORDER" EUP which PoliceMP don't have.

So unfortunately at this time Civ Command will be rejecting this proposal.
