Suggestion Title: Highways Traffic Management Signage

Division: Aux - Highways

The addition of Directional arrows, Lane Closure signs and Road closure signs reskinned to Highways England specs. I have made a slide with the suggested ideas we could use more often within RP. This is a combination of Directional arrows, Road narrowing signage, Roadworks ahead signage, speed reduction signage and Road closure signage.

Thanks for your suggestion, Samurai.
I do like the idea of these road signs, and these can be utilised in mutiple scenes across Highways, DVSA and TM
I will send this for dev review, although this may not be accepted. If this is, there, as per all dev requests, there is no set ETA.
