Suggestion Title: Drone Support Unit Range

I have deployed as drone support unit on multiple occasions this month having received drone training and I've noticed that the range of the drone doesn't feel sufficient.

Foot pursuits, that arise from scenes drone units are called to, lead to them going out of range and the time it takes to land, move the vehicle and take off again mean it risks loosing the suspect. There have been times on AFO scenes where, because I have to park a safe distance away, the drone sometimes doesn't reach or cover the building/property that AFO are dealing with. It can be difficult to utilize the drone efficiently when the range restrictions are quite tight.

It would be great if this could be changed

Hi Poptic,
Thanks for the suggestion, I too agree that the range of the drones can be at a disadvantage. A little more distance as per IRL drones could be beneficial. I will be tagging the NPAS Captains, and hopefully this could be brought forward soon.

I have moved this to pending Developer Review, i would suggest an extra 250m would already make a huge difference
