Accepted Axe for LFB.

Could an Axe be added to the equipment for LFB? I've come across a couple of scenarios now when an Axe would have come in handy to gain entry or to break down obstacles which prevent entry to a location. The other week we had a scenario where we had to improvise and request use of a baton which didn't achieve what we wanted it to. An Axe could have easily achieved what we wanted to happen. Hopefully this should be quite easy to add for LFB use.

Instead of adding an axe, what we can look at adding is a halligan tool for LFB to utilise.
