In addition to Sean point that website you have linked is also a leakers website. Therefore I highly doubt this will be added

I don't think there is much point to this as most civ cars are ditched after the car is used in the scene anyway. At the moment we have a command in order to customise your car by doing '/vehicleCustom'

This would be amazing to have in Civ. That script you provided is an economy based one and usually don't allow you to edit anything but the config so may not work but I 100% back the concept. Having a solid vehicle custom menu would make roleplays 1000x better and enjoyable for Civs to really customize cars. There is never such thing as too much customization

we have a vehicle custom menu already. Not as fleshed out, but has what's been requested thus far.
