Boot System "bug fix"

Okay long story short, my boots always bugged out and never opened but I finally worked out why. If you hold Y you are able to recreate the starting to open then close all the way "bug" that always annoyed me so I figured that if I tapped it as fast as I could it would open. This was correct and I tested it multiple times to ensure that it wasn't a coincidence.

This leads to my suggestion, Add a small cooldown to the ability to open the boot so if you were to press y it wouldn't trigger more than once when trying to open the boot.
