My suggestion is to add btp this could be as a applyable division or a 1 time payment like COLP which I believe will give more roleplay for civs as they will be able to roleplay in translations and btp attend it here are some links to vehicles and uniforms

Thanks for your suggestion.

This is already somewhat in the plans. There is a requirement to make the trains work first, as otherwise, it's rather pointless to have BTP without actual rail transport. I will move this to accepted, although there is no ETA.
