Declined CAD Update

I noticed a certain section in hasn't been filled in the CAD under the section called ''Offences''. It would be beneficial if it were filled out with all the offenses and the charges. This would help new officers because they can easily identify the charges they need to give to the civilian when on scene.

Hello. Usually if these are given to throwaway characters it is up to the discretion of the civ to keep or remove them for future uses. Unless they chose to prolong the story of the character and evolve is / do something more with it such as creating a case file etc. They are not forced to keep charges on them.

As per above, it is up to the civ to decide whether to use the offences section or not, therefore I'll declined the suggestion.
