Pending CCTV YELLOW TEXT

At the moment when deployed as civ and police check cctv you have to do ~y~ CCTV shows man has rob the bank the issue with this it will say your name in text chat for instance

The issue with this leads open for meta gaming they know who the civ is on that scene and will simply stop you for walking in the same area with no justifcation which can be annyoing
My suggestion is to have a command similar to /tweet but as /CCTV or a similar / command so in text chat it wont show the civ or the officers name such as the following

{CCTV CHECK} i check CCTV at 598 does it show ic1 man holding a weapon at any point.

This will be more immersive and should use alittle bit more investigation skills
