This suggestion will contain many ideas to do more with civ rp but can also merge with the LSPDFR callouts that are in the server. Right now in the server there are events when blips are turned off and we have 1 or 2 civ rp situations. I believe to make this better are more advanced we should have more civ rp in the city but for this you might need a system where there is a civ assessor this will work by the civ sending the civ assessor their callout, then the civ assessor will accept or deny the callout if they believe if its either appropriate or not for the server, then if it is accepted then the civ can broadcast the callout as a 999 call and they can rp it out. For this to work and not get out of hand there should be something like official patrols a bit like what is already happening. In these official patrols it would be in a certain time for example 8pm-10pm civ rp is allowed and out of that time there is no civ rp to not interfere with PCSO's and because not everyone can be on the server all day. This will open up a new way of how to rp and can lead to more popularity in the server and better rp.

To improve rp and to also use some of the rooms in Mission Row we can have more in depth divisions to do with operations which can build rp with civs by having known civs or gangs. For Mission Row we could have at the start of every official patrol a briefing which will be hosted on the top floor in the briefing room. This is where we can have different divisions talk about what we have going on in the city and where the hotspots are for crime (where civs will be roleplaying for more storyline type rp). As for sub divisions they can use different rooms in Mission Row like the one near the armoury and can have their own briefings for different operations for example AFO will have a briefing about an operation they are doing to raid a house or something like that or to just improve there officers ect.

For new divisions i have 5 suggestions for divisions. The first one is SO18 Aviation Security. These are the officers that patrol around Heathrow Airport (preferably trained armed officers). This division can be used for civ rp and for LSPDFR callouts if we implement a couple new airport callouts. The problem with this division is that we will need a new interior for Heathrow Airport Station a bit like Mission Row Station. The way the station would work is that we could have a couple units patrolling Heathrow and then a couple units on standby at Heathrow Station planning operations or thinking on how to improve Heathrow's security.

SOCA which stands for Serious Organised Crime Agency. This division can be used for civ rp and for LSPDFR callout such as ANPR flags for drugs or drug intel calls. For civ rp the SOCA will be based a Mission Row and will be either patrolling or on standby. SOCA handle drug trafficking, fraud and serious organised crime and money laundering. For civ rp if there is a call for a serious drug trafficking or something that SOCA handle they can take them to Mission Row to interrogate them to get intel about what gang or who they work for ect. This will build rp situations and this can then increase the quality of rp by being more in depth.

OSU standing for Operational Support Unit. This division covers counter terrorism (without being armed with guns), chemical, nuclear and biological incidents whilst also assisting with other operations such as raids. The OSU act as a type of riot police with shields. They cut equipment, get into houses with the big red key and support officers when riots ect. This can be used for civ rp if we were to host a operation for a riot or if a division such as AFO are trying to raid a house but need to force entry.

Protection Command. This has 3 types of protection commands, there is S014, SO1 and PaDP. S014 is armed bodyguards for the royal family. SO1 protects PM's and other VIP's. PaDP is for protecting Westminster, Downing Street ect. The first two can be used for civ rp such as events/operations whereas PaDP cant really be used.

MCIS which stands for Major Crime Investigation Support. This division will investigate major crime in the city. They will attend major crime scenes such as a AFO scene like a terrorist attack. They will start to investigate the scene and will get intel which will then be fed back to officers in the briefing to help the officers with support and advice towards them going out in the streets. This can be used for civ rp and LSPDFR callouts. This adds a better rp experience for people and adds more realism into the server.

Don't think that i am trying to erase the divisions that we already have. CID will help with any deceased body no matter what but will work closely with divisions if CID was on scene. NPAS will always stay the same but can also be used for operations if needed. DSU will stay the same but will also work closely with SOCA with the drug trafficking and drug intel situations. AFO, RPU and NPT will all stay the same but some AFO or RPU officers may be tied with a other divisions as well for example if a AFO unit was on scene for a Terrorist Attack then the officer could be working with MCIS for investigation.

I also believe that we need more Met Control in the server in these official patrols. If we have more Met Control this will improve the rp and the realism of the server.

All these divisions can then be on designated radio frequency's to then use different frequency's instead of using 2 or 3 a patrol.

I see that we are already trying to get civ rp in the server but i believe with these divisions and if we have applications for civs then we could improve the server by 10x.

If you could respond to this with feedback that would be great. i can work closely with you in making this happen if needed.

Hello after discussing with silver we dont believe this suggestion fits the community just yet, It will cause a lot more training for each division and the heads of it and the end of the day, Its up to the inspectors how they want to run it and what they want sub division wise, Met control as u said, will be looked at being more active on the server with new people being trained how its run, Thank you for the suggestion and all the amazing details but we dont see it being something we will add at this time.
