Declined CivRP Actor Primary Cosmetic Role

As simple as it says on the tin. A CivRP Primary cosmetic role Maybe purple to match in game?

Also, a secondary suggestion, rename the actual role from "Civ Trained", to "CivRP Actor", or "Civ Actor". Just looks nicer in my opinion
