Suggestion Title: Allow Trainee's To Share Screen

Division: College

Allow those who you are training to share their screen. This allows the trainer to solve any issues they have when it comes to sorting CAD and linking thier forum - both are nightmares when not completed and usually result in a ticket being submitted.

I feel if we allowed screensharing for everyone, we could estbalish faults/errors much more quickly and prevent half of the tickets being submitted with this method.

Thank you for your suggestion. We do believe this would be a beneficial change, allowing trainers to assist their trainees further with any problems they may be having within their training. Therefore, this has been approved.
