I belivee that las trainer shoudle be able to train paramedics as many trainer are avalbile then most
and are more qualfied than somone whos isnt i believe majority of trainer just train ert

I am not quite sure whether I am understanding your suggestion fully.

NHS Trainers are handpicked as recognition for good work, and they are then able to assist with College to ensure standards remain high. Alternativly, NHS Trainers are able to apply when applications open and will go through the same recruitment process.
If you are an NHS Trainer and would like to join College, speak with your NHS Command teams and perhaps in the future, they can put you forward for it
