Suggestion Title: CAD audio

When being added to a call on CAD instead of the basic noise we have at the moment instead make it more realistic to real life.

As shown in the shortened down clip this would be a great addition for control and the units being attached as it means it makes you more aware that you have been attached to a call and as said already would be far more realistic if it was to be implemented.

+1 - I know a server that has sounds on Sonoran CAD, so it is possible to do it. Although it is just a sound, would make it way more realistic for a irl CAD System/MDT.

I quite like the idea but at the end of the day it is of the discretion of the devs managing the CAD system.
