Suggestion Title: Control Discord Revise

Dear Senior Management,
I would like to propose a suggestion for revising the Control Room discord VC channels. Please see the details and explanation down below:
There have been multiple messages from new controllers including myself stating "Which VC is for what channel in-game" For example, Control Room 1 is Interops main, Control Room 2 is Interops 1 (Authorised use only), and Control Room 3 is Interops 2. However, it does not state this unless you go through the training material or see previous messages. So the provided plan down below will make this more concise and easier for newer and current members of the team.

CR1 - Interops Main
CR2 - Interops 1
CR3 - Interops 2
CR4 - Auxillary
I've added CR4 - Auxillary for this reason, It will be a "spare" VC for Noncontrol matters or matters such as Control Debriefs on Operations or Friday Night Events, but to add more realism it can be a dedicated space for Initial Triaging with the Call Resolution Team (CRO).
