Custody Notification

Any one of three things should happen when a unit is transporting a suspect to custody, under my suggestion:

Option 1​

1. Units call to custody over the main radio that that they are heading to custody.
2. They detail and requirements for their arrival such as a welcome party.

Option 2​

Units do the same as above but in text chat.

Option 3​

1. Units enter a new radio channel specifically for Custody (Either on a station by station basis or group)
2. Notify custody that they are coming with a suspect.
3. Detail any additional requirements that they have.

The culmination of which will allow Custody to better prepare for their arrival as well as be there for when assets arrive. It will also mean that in the rare circumstance that custody cannot accept them right away they can tell PT vans to wait outside.
