Database Owner Flag on VIN look up

Hi to aid officers in stops an indicator on the owner would be handy as this wouldn't show on an ANPR hit (also be nice to see there) or during other offences i.e non tag event. I've made some very basic examples of what I'm suggesting

I like this, would be handy and save a G menu search if we knew there wouldn't be anything to find,

Thanks for the suggestion. I believe this is there as this is who the car is registered to basically DVLA records

If you run the name separately as the this will show the driver
