To further enhance TSG's activity and popularity, I think the implementation of a designated role to identify and notify individuals who have attained Level 1 would be great. This role would enable them to receive pings and operate similarly to other divisions within TSG, facilitating progression and recognition, much like the JRU or the Advanced Paramedic tag which both mean they are able to do more in the role they hold of which tsg level one can. Introducing this role would serve as a valuable incentive, providing Level 1 members with the opportunity to be promptly notified when their assistance is required, especially in situations such as building-related matters.

Additionally, the implementation of the Level 1 role would not only provide recognition for the efforts of those members within TSG but also serve as a valuable resource for new TSG members. By granting this role, it would create a distinct group of experienced individuals who are eager to assist and support newcomers in their journey. This would foster a sense of community within TSG, where Level 1 members could actively offer their guidance and help to those who may require assistance, thereby facilitating a smoother integration of new members into the team.

Thanks for taking to the time to read over this, have a good day!!

Hello,

I'm afraid the main driver for roles is permissions not recognition of individual levels otherwise we will need to implement the same across all other divisions which would result with hundreds of roles and hours of admin time to manage.

ah ok, however, could the Lv1 uniforms and the ability to get a ladder out of the vans not be moved to that role, in theory, if it was created as those permission are supposed to be for level one only so, therefore, it would be permissions that are granted with it?

Thanks for the reply Intrise

So the question would be is this an issue? We could say the same thing around BA and LFB or marked cards and LFB Probation.

I would expect that TSG is trusted not to use equipment that they have not been trained to use same way how all other divisions restrict their training specific resources.
