Accepted `Divisional Commendation Awards

I think it would be nice for each division to have their own commendation awards on discord so that their role colour remains the same as their primary division choice.

This is me being a little picky so if it is too difficult to do then I understand <3

Thanks for your suggestion. Although Commendation will remain server wide, this has been resolved to show div colours and not a commendation colour.

I will move this over to accepted
