Declined face and hair customizations

as its well known you need tac ops for hair and face customizations but it would be good to get that without tac ops and make the hair and face customizations free because in cid for example theres just on one scene millions of bald people that would like hair

We have no plans to make any of our subscription perks "Free" at this current time, I understand seeing lots of bald men can be quite the sight, but making it free to any division defeats the purpose and in turn people join the division just for that and won't actually play, In hindsight giving more work to command and unfair to others who pay.
