Giving LFB LFF would benefit us, between us always being active and on scenes so we should be able to have ICC and also a lot of the time I’m asked “are you taking inicident command” which If I answer no I still get them calling over for LFB incident command

Hi Kai, I believe we have already been through this. Lead Firefighters are trainers and do not hold any command abilities at all. Aside from being able to train they are normal firefighters. I will be declining this suggestion.

Hello Kai,

Currently within LFB that IC training is given at sub officer level. This has the way it has been since LFB was created and it will most likely not change
