Suggestion Title: LFB working winch.

hi i was wondering if it was possible to make a working winch on LFB trucks for certain scenes such as FRU to increase the capebility to resque a person if they have fallen down a hard to reach area.

Something similar to the AA flatbed to tow vehicles out of these areas would be interesting to see also. Not sure if it is in the pipeline for FRU already

The current FRU truck does have a winch on the rear of the vehicle and the van has one on the front. It may be worth looking into if it is possible.

Will leave it for Developer Review to see if this is possible.
