Report Title LAS New Unmarked RRV's

Bug Description Not Sure if its a Bug, If not Then this can be moved to suggestions.
With Police Subscriber you can change colour of police cars, But With LAS You cannot Change the colour of the 2 New RRV's. Not sure If this is a Bug.

(At the moment To change the colour, You need to spawn the car, Drive to a police Station, Change to Police, then Colour the car the colour you want, then Further Change role back to LAS and then drive the car)

Reproduction Steps Spawn in as LAS and Take out one of the new Cars, then F1 and see there is no change colour.
