Suggestion Title: AFO F2 request tone

Division: MET - AFO

Similar to the lfb request "alert tone" they have I think having one for AFO would be good idea as it bring the afo officers attention to the request sometimes the requests can be missed,
So adding a alert ton to the F2 requests for Afo i feel would be beneficial to all on the server and us in afo as we know most of the time we are extremely busy and miss F2 requests

At present the current system is working therefore I do not believe its needs changed therefore it has been moved to declined.
