Suggestion Title: Better and New Flash-bang's

Division: MET - AFO

Hello, so as the Current AFO Flash-bangs are a bit glitchy and sometimes down work meaning civs rarely react to the flashes

So there a better version of flashbangs that is way better then the current one allowing a white screen and a sound after the flash has been flashed giving AFO A chance to improvise from this

I'm all for new flash bangs. I believe the current ones are being fixed though, not 100% sure so don't quote me on that.

When I've been on as civ and been flashed and it hasn't worked, I'll still RP that it did work, as all civs should.
