Suggestion Title: Rappelling option

Division: MET - AFO

I was thinking having a rappelling option / tactic added into afo for accessing procarious parts of buildings and inserting officers at a unique advantage during raids or hostage situations
(used along side breaches where appropriate) even the use of the same tripod as LFB and a training package put together for afo to use for the above reasons I think this being added in will not only add to the available tactics but the element of suprise on the suspect(s)

Hi Roadrunner,

Thank you for your recent suggestion of AFO utilising rappelling features to aid in AFO tactical deployments.

AFO command are going to look at how we can bring this feature into the division. Of course, due to the extra dangerous this tactic may bring, we will need to look into training packages and the procedures for such tactic. This will be added to our pipeline to look into.

Once we have decided how it can be implemented we will then push this towards a development suggestion to see if we have any scripts to assist with this. As the current physics behind the tripod does not allow for tactical advantage due to only being able to lower personal onto the ground floor. In the meantime, this suggestion will be moved to accepted.
