Suggestion Title: TPAC+ name change

Division: MET - AFO

I know TPAC plus is in early days but I think a name change could benefit it as it is a bit of a mouthful during DRAs. Perhaps a 'Specialist' driver would be a better name?

The name itself is also somewhat confusing as RTPC often calls for any TPAC+, referring to driver level's TPAC through Interceptor.

Hi Xi Jinpooh,

The Driver Levels across the Division are under review with changes submitted for review.

We hope to have these rolled out from the 1st of September which will see a vast improvement to what AFO can and cannot do and will also cover the TPAC+ name change.
