Suggestion Title: Plain clothes

Updating the tac vest to have rank on vest this is easier for others on a scene to identify adding a second radio similar to fsd uniform this would look more realistic as armed units carry x2 radios one that stays on main network and one that is on for incidents and armed response calls

Thank you for your recent divisional suggestion.

I do like the idea of these suggestions. However, will leave with the developers to see if possible.

This will not be a priority on AFO's pipeline.
