Suggestion Title: DSU FSD cars

I think the bels kit config should be added to all FSD cars because some times when on a call with AFO your the last one on scene so we got to carry a bels kit around with us until we find a ARV to put the bels kit into. If you cant do it that's fine but I think it would be a good addition for.

Adding onto this, means that when your doing FRA and AFO leave you, you can still put it away
