Suggestion Title: FSD Trainers

Hello,

I thought of an idea which could bring the workload of TLs and sergeants down. FSD Trainers, think it would be good to get other people's workload off their chest. And focus on the things that actually need sorting out. Or like previously, FSD TL was mentioned before in a forum post, it could be that if the TL were taken on, they would become the FSD Trainer, maybe alongside command (sgt+). But they would mainly focus on it as it's their sort of Job.

Thank you for the suggestion, as before a role being made for FSD TL is not on the cards as of now. Same reason's from the last suggestion which was made, the sub division isn't at a stage where it requires this and is still being reworked and still growing. As regards to FSD training that's down to the CoC to complete and nothing will be changed in regarding that as of now. Suggestion declined, thread locked and moved.
