Suggestion Title: ERT self learning package

Division: MET - ERT

The suggestion is a basic little slide or two about how to properly use the policing methods we have when we are on a scene. These would be like CCTV and ANPR. I do not remember if this was a part of the training but i think it would benefit the newer players to RP in general.
