Suggestion Declined MET - ERT: VCTF as a subdivision of ERT, similar to TSG.

Hello, I VCTF(Violent Crime TaskForce) should be an additional subdivision under ERT as it does fall under frontline policing in the real world. This role would add another level of immersion to PoliceMP and would allow for people to engage and experience additional, more specialist roles but operating the fun side of it. This would also make ERT more of a division that is fun to operate in and work towards, rather than simply just being the “starting point” for most.

VCTF is a brilliant thing in real life, and uses skills from a multitude of different divisions, including ERT, RTPC, CID and Control being the top 4. This will link all of these skills into 1 group, allowing for a more engaging and fun set of calls and roleplay opportunities for not only the police, for the civs as well.

I have a full slideshow/PowerPoint explaining why it should be added to policeMP, what they do, what calls they attend, how they operate and patrol in the real world etc. I would be willing to share this with you via discord if you’re interested, since it wouldn’t let me add the link here.

Is there a big difference between TSG and VCTF though?

TSG and VCTF are 2 completely different things, although they work together a lot, and share a lot of common duties and responsibilities and tasks, they're completely different divisions. Its really quite difficult to explain the difference since its a lot to talk about. Google and watch some videos about the differences and you'll understand the roles more! It is a specialised unit basically.

I think this would take away some of the aspects of TSG, there would be no need to have this implemented when we already have TSG that does this.

For now, this will be declined as we wouldn't want to take away aspects of TSG. Thank you for the suggestion though.
