Suggestion Title: Allow Advanced drivers to do TPAC IPP

Division: MET - RTPC

Allow RTPC ADVANCED drivers to do the IPP comms and continuous comms.

What they CAN do:
IPP comms to get pursuit authed with wording being, "My driver is TPAC trained in a ..."
Continuous comms in channel eg "left left onto xxx road"

What they CAN'T do:
Request authority for TPAC tactics in channel 1
Perform tactical communications in separate channel such as box positions, tactical contact comms etc

I agree, helps build confidence.

+1 in time for new intake! Also helps stop 15 Advanced drivers being over-competitive for pursuits when there are 4 TPAC

Definitely agree. It helps them get used to doing the comms, as most new people to RTPC struggle with the DRA.

Also helps the drivers as they focus on the driving rather than having to do comms as well, and the advanced driver isn't just sat in the passenger seat doing nothing

Yeah i also fully agree on this as it is vital to give them communications when in a seperate channel to update fellow adv+ trained driver the location of the fts.
