Suggestion Title: Comms

Division: MET - RTPC

Due to there isn't an MP Controller from my knowledge, this would only work with calling up to pursuits.

MP, MP Active Message, OC11 (Eearlies, Lates & Nights). Depends on what time of day it is.

This just adds an extra bit of realism. I believe it is to basically show what time of the day it is, no got the 100% answer I just know the MET use it.

I also have a clip for it if any Command wants to see it if they're willing to implement the change.

Hi Lucas,

Don't really see the need for this suggestion as it doesn't add much in game and has little to no DRA value whilst clogging up radio more.
