Suggestion Title: More SCIU

I think it should be more SCIU in the server as a lot more serious crashes are coming in where people are seriously injured or killed on our roads

Hello Callum, Thank you for the suggestion!

The SCIU role itself is a training of which anyone trained in TPAC can request, the easiest way of getting more in the server is simple,
people need to apply and be active within the server
