Would actually like if we implemented this into Roads Crime Team, as a sort of bike based / permanent bike team within using the F750GS, for chasing bikes (like scorpion irl) etc or just for general purpose too.

Thank you for your suggestion. Bike units currently have two uniforms to choose from, which cater for both hi-visibility and the use of un-marked.
While this would "look great" it holds very little difference practically in-game and our developers have much more pressing matters to be focusing on.
Declining this for now; should things change sometime in the future where Bike usage has increased, and the functions they undertake, we can review this then.
